Program Goals

Even in a team sport like soccer, you can still be your own worst enemy. From pros to amateurs, mental toughness is an everyday skill that requires consistent awareness and practice.

Our primary goal for this program is to help you maximize your soccer performance by teaching you the techniques and strategies to build pro-level mental strength. Regardless of age, skill-level, or position, this program is for any player who is ready to improve their on-field performance by optimizing their mental game.

From pk’s, to one vs. one battles, to championship games, uncover the keys to handling pressure in any position or moment on the field.

Visualize success on the field, not worry about it. Master imagery strategies, learn how to maximize your strengths, and improve position specific performances.

Soccer Specific Program Includes

  1. Intake Assessment
    We use a specific and proprietary assessment tool (The 9 Mental Skills of Successful Athletes) to identify what mental game barriers are hurting your performance on the field as well as to correctly identify your strengths.
  2. Personalized Mental Game Plan
    We will create a personalized mental training plan based on your specific challenges and goals as a player. The plan we create will act as a road-map for your mental training sessions to boost your performance.
  3. Weekly Mental Coaching Sessions
    In person, phone, or by Skype. Each session is designed to teach you how to apply functional mental strategies for practice and games. You will work directly with Derrek and learn how to improve your effectiveness on the field.
  4. Unlimited Email Correspondence
    You are welcome to email/text Derrek with any and all questions you have during the course of your mental training program.
  5. Custom Modules: Exercises 
    After each session, you will receive exercises specific to the topic discussed that day. You will be expected to practice and apply these strategies between our sessions in order to further your growth as a player.
