PROGRAM GOALS

Athletes of all levels and sports are already aware of the mental game — actively or casually. For these same athletes, what’s often lacking is the understanding of how much their mental toughness affects their performance, as well as how to address and improve it.

In this program, our goal is to take your mental game to the next level. You’ll learn the sports mental toughness techniques and strategies used by college and pro-athletes across a variety of sports. Regardless of age or skill-level, our training is for anyone who is looking for opportunities to improve their mental toughness — be it for recreational, personal, or elite performance goals.

Master visualization strategies, how to maximize your strengths, and minimize anxiety.

Receive a customize mental game plan based on your sport, skill-level, and individual needs.

ALL SPORT PROGRAM
  1. Intake Assessment
    Take a proprietary mental skills assessment tool (The 9 Mental Skills of Successful Athletes) to identify what mental game barriers are hurting your performance as well as to correctly identify your strengths.
  2. Personalized Mental Game Plan
    We will create a personalized game plan based on your specific challenges and goals as an athlete. The plan we create will act as a road-map for your mental training sessions to boost your performance.
  3. Weekly Mental Coaching Sessions
    In person, phone, or by Skype. Each session is designed to teach you how to apply functional mental strategies for practice and competitions. You will work directly with Derrek and learn how to improve your mental toughness and performance.
  4. Unlimited Email Correspondence
    You are welcome to email/text Derrek with any and all questions you have during the course of your mental training program.
  5. Custom Modules: Exercises 
    After each session, you will receive exercises specific to the topic discussed that day. You will be expected to practice and apply these strategies between our sessions in order to further your growth as a athlete.
